1. What the Service is

The Service helps you plan a potential trip by generating an itinerary draft based on your inputs and preferences. The itinerary is a planning draft; it does not constitute confirmed bookings or reservations unless and until a separate booking/payment is made with the relevant provider.

Any travel offers, availability, prices, schedules, or conditions shown in the itinerary draft may change and may depend on third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transfers, activities) and their policies.

2. User inputs and itinerary draft

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to the Service. If you provide incorrect or incomplete details, the itinerary draft may be inaccurate.

You should independently verify travel details with the relevant provider before confirming any booking.

3. No guarantee; limitations

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the itinerary draft will be error-free, complete, meet your expectations, or result in any booking or travel arrangement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kineticoreanalytics.com is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions, including changes to availability, prices, or terms by hotels, airlines, or other providers.

4. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kineticoreanalytics.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Cancellation and refunds (if paid services are offered later)

If we offer a paid service or any purchase is made in the future, cancellation and refund conditions will be provided to you before payment as part of the relevant offer/checkout. Unless stated otherwise in that specific offer, an itinerary draft itself is informational and does not create a refund obligation for third-party travel costs.

If a refund applies, it will be handled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase and within the timelines described there.
