If you sell, offer booking, or provide services to Ukrainian consumers via distance/online channels, pre-contract consumer information must be provided in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

For offers/contracts formed through e-commerce/online systems, required contract and provider information should be presented clearly and accessibly on the landing page before order/booking, in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.

If personal data (such as name, email, or phone) is collected on the site, processing is carried out with a lawful basis and in a manner consistent with Ukrainian personal data requirements, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010.

Customer-facing information for services provided to consumers (including via internet services and e-commerce) must be provided in Ukrainian (state language) or meet Ukrainian-language minimum obligations, in accordance with Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної" № 2704-VIII від 25.04.2019.
